Questions people ask
before sending an idea
Price, ownership, data and what happens after handover: the things most people want to know first.
How much does it cost?
Builds are a fixed price, from £2,000, agreed after a free call before any work starts. Training is a tailored package of 4 to 12 weeks, quoted per team.
We’re new to AI. Is training for us?
Yes. Training is tiered by skill level, so it starts wherever your team is, including the basics of prompting.
Why 4–6 weeks?
That covers scoping, building, your feedback rounds, testing and handover. Simpler builds land at the shorter end.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Code, accounts and anything we create for you are handed over at the end.
Do we need a developer?
No. We build it and walk you through it. If you want to extend it yourselves, Train covers that.
What happens to our data?
We only connect to what the build needs, using your accounts, and we agree access with you before starting.
What is an MCP server?
An MCP server is a connector that lets an AI assistant like Claude use your tools directly: read your CRM, update Notion, send messages. It turns AI from something you chat with into something that does the work.
What if it doesn’t do what we wanted?
You see working versions throughout, so changes happen during the build, not after.
